I got a message that my Blog was Flagged so I couldnt post to it.....
but alas.....here I am again
We went to the Beach today..Craigville Beach in Hyannis is so nice this time of yr..70 degrees and so peaceful
Lots of people there...of course we didnt have bathing suits on
but feeling the warm sun on our faces felt so good
We miss The Villages but...in a couple days we will be moving and
will be surrounded by family
I look forward to this move to be over..and hope we can get settled in quickly

Leaving Cape Cod
Start this blog off by telling you..
Dave and I have lived on Cape Cod off n on..since 2001
now that we live in Florida for 1/2 the yr..
we decided its time to sell the Cape Cod house...and move up to Milford..to be near our kids..n grands
so we put house on Mkt..and it sold right away
(1st customer..1st day on mkt!)
now...the packing..
Today was a hectic day..October 4th, 2008
11 days before the move......
We started the day off..by driving up to Middleboro to meet with our son, so he could drive the Harley up to Milford..
I went to the Old Craigville Candy Store..and got the grands some bags of
"penny candy" hmmm...I really shouldnt call it penny candy anymore
since.....a small bag cost $3.50 each
but...the girls just adored going to that store these past 4 yrs and
this last trip..although sad without them.....was the first leg of our journey home....our transition from
Living on Olde Cape Cod.......and now returning home to be near family
Dave drove the bike up.....and arrived there before me..
I met everyone up at Middleboro and then Dave and I headed back to
The Cape...
we stopped at Bobby Byrnes for lunch and then came home
Packing ..........ugh...another box.another day
Hairdresser was at 2:15pm..on way..stopped in for a quick session in the
Cyclone Booth at Tanning Salon...
...didnt get home till 6PM!
gosh...I guess I am "High Maintenance!"
When I arrived..David was already gone to the car cruise with neighbor
so I played a little cards online...
then He got home..we had some supper..and watched a movie....
off to bed now..
tomorrow is a long day of packing
